#MixItUp with the new Instinct Raw Boost Mixers

Share

Let’s face it – the thought of feeding a raw diet can be overwhelming at best; expensive, messy, and overwhelming at worst.

But here’s the thing – it doesn’t have to be this hard.

There are lots of advantages to feeding a raw diet, but not everyone can do take the time to make their pet’s own food, ensure it’s totally balanced, offer these foods multiple times a day and research whether or not you’re doing it correctly. If you live in a multi-pet home, it can be even more overwhelming. And who wants all those raw foods lying around while your pet gnaws throughout the day?

Luckily, those like us have a lot of options. We recently had the opportunity to try out the new Instinct® Raw Boost Mixers.

For those who don’t know what that is, let me tell you a little about them…

Instinct Raw Boost Mixers from Nature’s Variety® are a complete and balanced wholesome raw food that can be served alone, or added to any kibble or canned food. This cute little treat/package is specifically designed for pet owners who may not be 100 percent ready to go to raw, but who really want their pets to experience the many benefits of a raw diet. This is a product that makes it very easy to add protein-packed raw diet to any type of diet.

Whether you’re feeding raw already, feeding a dehydrated food, or feeding a dry diet, Raw Mixers make it super easy to enhance your pet’s diet. Best of all, they’re available for both dogs and cats.

So what kind of benefits can you expect from raw diets?

They include everything from cleaner teeth, much healthier skin and coat, smaller stools and – in general – better overall health. Of course, not all animals will take to a raw diet. It takes time for them to adjust.

That’s what makes Instinct Raw Boosters such a great option – you can offer them as treats, place them on top of your pet’s regular food (especially dry foods) or use them as training treats. They are small, bite-sized, freeze-dried treats that just about any pet will love (because let’s face it, the taste is pretty irresistible if you’re a dog or cat!).

The Mixers are available in chicken, beef or lamb for your dogs; or chicken, lamb or rabbit for your cats (my cats really love the rabbit!). Since they’re freeze-dried, you don’t have to worry about keeping them refrigerated.

You owe it to yourself and your pets to give them a try.

You can purchase Instinct Raw Boosters in a trial size package for just $1.99 at your local Petsmart. Honestly, you can’t beat that kind of deal!

Not only that, since they don’t need to be refrigerated, the trial sizes are perfect for carrying around while you’re out hiking with your dog (especially when your dog needs an extra protein boost). They also make a great self-contained “travel size” option for any pet!

As with any raw product, be sure you keep some hand sanitizer in your travel pack and use it after you give your pets treats. It’s just makes good sense…
