Would you like to submit a guest post to this online magazine? Here’s how:
Guest Post Guidelines
- Your article should have something to do with pets.
- Your guest post should be at least 400 words and should have to do with pets. Wow us with your amazing knowledge and unique perspective!
- Your post should NOT BE a thinly-veiled advertisement for your product or service (see our guidelines on Sponsored Posts if you are a company representative). Your article or story should be well-written, entertaining and informative.
- We use “No-Follow” links.
- Your blog post should be original content (and we will check). Once we publish it, we own full rights to the article and it shouldn’t be published elsewhere.
- We generally don’t pay our guest bloggers. However, you may include 1-2 links to your website near the bottom. The links must appear either in your bio at the end.
- The decision on whether to publish your contribution will be at our discretion. If we choose not to publish it, generally it’s due to one of the following reasons:
- The article was not related to pets
- The article was not original content.
- The article used profanity or expressed an opinion we don’t agree with (note: We are absolutely against animal abuse, so don’t waste our time)
- The article linked to a site that we cannot find value in linking to.
- The article was poorly written or a thinly veiled advertisement.
- The article was something we have covered in the past at length.
- We reserve the right to edit guest blog posts for grammar, style and clarity. Upon publication, the contributed content automatically becomes the sole property of PetsWeekly and we can remove it at any time without notice. (However,we usually keep the guest blog posts and their links permanently.)
