Bachelor Auction Helps Animals in Phoenix, AZ

Share

Some of the valley’s hottest bachelors are stepping up to the auction block at Cooperstown in Phoenix, Arizona on October 22, 2010. The goal is to raise funds that are desperately needed to help dogs and cats find fur-ever homes.

Animal Guardian Network’s (AGN) first annual bachelor auction will raise money for animals in need and disadvantaged pet guardians by auctioning off some of the most eligible bachelors in Phoenix, Arizona. Tickets are only $25 if purchased prior to the event. Need some extra motivation to attend? Meet a few of bachelors by clicking here!

“Valley businesses have been very generous in donating some amazing packages for the winners,” said AGN President, Carrie Singer. “The winning bidders can expect an amazing date experience with their bachelors. Dates include everything from dinner and dancing to live entertainment, to dance lessons. It will be a lot of fun for everyone who attends.”

Door prizes for the evening include everything from dinners to dance lessons. A silent auction will feature a guitar signed by Alice Cooper and many other rare items. No matter if you bid on a bachelor, participate in the silent auction, take part in the door prizes, or just enjoy Hors d’œuvres and a Hunkito – the specialty drink of the night – a good time will be had by all.

“We’ve already got some amazing men who’ve stepped forward to sacrifice themselves in the name of animal welfare,” Singer smiles. “These are great guys, willing to have a good time to make a huge difference for our community’s needy animals, so every woman in town should get down here and have a great time.”

The event takes place on Friday, October 22nd at 5:30 p.m. at Cooperstown in downtown Phoenix and tickets are just $25 in advance or $30 at the door. The event is sponsored in part by Cathy’s Rum Cakes, PetsWeekly.com, Kaleidoscope Painting and Independent Events.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.animalguardiannetwork.org or more information is available by calling 480-488-9298.

The Animal Guardian Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charity aiding animals in need through rescue, adoption and assistance. Their goal is keeping pets in their loving homes thereby helping to reduce the number of pets euthanized every day. Being financially disadvantaged is not synonymous with an inability to provide a loving home. It is just an opportunity for us to make a difference in the life of an animal and their guardian by lending a helping hand.
